Q: How to put lights under the dash of a 2009 Honda Accord?
I have a 2009 Honda Accord that i just bought and i would like to put lights under the dash that shine onto the floor, and i was wondering if there is a certain spot that the lights fit into or if i have to find my own place for them.
I know how to wire the lights and everything but i just dont know if there is a special place for the lights to go.
If you could give me step by step directions that would be great or a website that shows where to mount the lights.
A: You can pretty much mount it to any thing that does not move down there.

I suggest checking it out at night, or inside a garage, and make sure you mount it with the best illumination to where you needed, if it's not the factory lighting.
Q: Can i get a 2009 honda accord EX coupe white exterior with black interior?

A: No. I have never seen a Honda with white exterior and black interior... they should start making it though.
You cannot special order black interior with white exterior... this is a mass produced Honda, it not a BMW that you can "customize".
The best bet is to buy another color with black interior and pay 5 grand to paint the outside white.
Q: Should I buy a 2009 Honda Accord Fully Loaded?
I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX Coupe with 145K miles & finally need a second car, now that I'm married, etc.
I started out looking at the Infinity G37 and thanks to our terrific economic situation (joking), went down to a Nissan Maxima & now am thinking that I even like a fully loaded Accord.
Any takers on advice?
A: Do you like the car ? Can you afford it ? Are you paying cash or financing ? Have you checked with your insurance company to find out the cost of insuring it ?
Do you have or are you planning on having children while you own it ? Then make sure it's a four door. Because if you have kids getting them and their childseat in and out of a 2 door sucks.
Have you checked on the overall cost of owning the car ?

I look at 3 basic thing first.
Do I like it ?

Then I go into deeper research on safety, reliabilty etc.

A: I have a black Honda Civic EX and boy, does it look gorgeous when it's clean! I think black is the epitome of cool, suave and sporty--perfect for the Accord Coupe!
White is more subdued and it hides dirt better than black but it just lacks that, ya know, oomph. Silver bores me, I've never liked it but red! Red sure is eye-catching!! If I were choosing, I'd have to go with black. Good luck and congratulations on your soon-to-be new car!!
Q: If you have a 2008 or 2009 Honda Accord please help?
I just purchased the car yesterday. I'm having issues with the master key (maybe) When I press the unlock bottom once it unlocks the drivers door twice the passengers but if I hold it down the window rolls down.
Is that normal? I tried pushing it down again to see if it rolls back up and I tried holding down the lock bottom to see if it goes up but no.

push unlock on remote once for driver door
push twice for all doors
push twice and hold and all door unlock and sunroof if you have it will open
to close you put key in driver door and turn left twice and hold and they will all close. You can't close them with the key fob buttons.

Q: Our 2009 Honda Accord V4 automatic gets really bad fuel economy 16/24. Any reasons for this? ?
Driving style is normal without fast accelerations or speeding. We use cruise control on highway at it still gets 24 miles per gallon.
Engine is indeed I4 not V4 as mistanly mentioned.
I hope it will improve after 5000 miles, but at the moment it does consume a bit too much. I love the car otherwise.
A: Your Accord has an inline four, not a V4 (there are no cars with V4's).
That said, I have an 08 Accord with the four, and I get 30-31 on the highway. Bring it back to the dealer, it's a new car and there's no reason you need to diagnose it yourself.
EDIT- to nutsitswrong's - I didn't say there has never been a V4 ever, this car is brand new, I meant there are no current V4's. I know Saab had one years ago, for example, but it's been decades since there's been a car with a V4 engine for sale. You added ever in there, I didn't state it.

A: When you buy a new Honda, you will pay MSRP. They are easy cars to sell. There is very little haggling on them. Just go to the dealership that is more convenient to your location.

A: 8000k is not legal.. OEM HID's are under 5000k, I think is 4300k to be exact, but you can deff. get away with 6000k's. A good place for HID's are xenodepot.com. I don't think your car has projectors does it? I know the coupe does and they look real good with HID's. If you don't have projector headlights you might blind some people.

A: if your gonna get the mustang you should also consider waiting till 2010 because its being redesigned. Theres pros and cons to both. The mustang will be faster, and has that cool muscle car feel to it, and a v8 =], but the honda will have better reliability, resale, and interior, but wont be all that fast. Theyre both nice, it depends if you want a muscle car, or a coupe with descent acceleration and nice interior.

Well, as a 21 year old (who drives an '03 Accord sedan), I would have to say no... but if you do some modifications/ cosmetic enhancements (rims, tints, etc.) then it will be alright. The thing with the sedan is it's a nice car, but all you see is 40 year old men/ women driving it. The coupe Accord is where it's at, if you're young.
Q: Does anyone know if 17 inch tires from, a 2008-2009 Honda Accord will fit on a 2003 Honda Accord?
A: They will fit just fine, the bolt pattern is the same. I know because I have 05 Accord wheels (03 and 05 accords are the same) and put snow tires on them for my 08 Accord.
The new tires will be a larger diameter though, so your speedometer/odometer will be off a bit.
